Andy's servant leadership contributions are extensive. He served as an inaugural board member of the Indiana Regional MLS (IRMLS) during the first four years of its formation and is a 2013 graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy. In 2018, Andy's local association named him REALTOR® of the Year. Additionally, he has been heavily involved in the REALTOR® organization at many levels and currently serves as the President of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® for 2022, a position which affords him a unique look at real estate operations and agent's needs across the state.

Franchise Art Director
Steve began his graphic design career at age 9, making watercolor paintings of every NFL helmet, obsessed with those cool logos (What's up with Cleveland?) After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Steve started his own design and illustration practice, successful while trying to never use orange and brown (What's up with Cleveland?). After an 8-year stint in marketing with BSA LifeStructures, the states largest architectural firm, Steve comes to Tucker as Franchise Art Director. Although he really loves working with all the realtors around the state, his real challenge is trying to get some red in with the yellow and black whenever possible.
