Claudia Hammonds Franchise Administrator Claudia began her real estate career as a salesperson in 1995 and just two years later accepted the position as administrative manager at the Noblesville/Sheridan Road location to lead the conversion from an A.H.M. Graves office to an F.C. Tucker Company office. In 2000, she began working with Tucker Associates to assist Mark Bush in his efforts to open Tucker offices in target markets around the state and to provide our existing franchise offices with exceptional service. Steve Ruemmele Franchise Art Director Steve began his graphic design career at age 9, making watercolor paintings of every NFL helmet, obsessed with those cool logos (What's up with Cleveland?) After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Steve started his own design and illustration practice, successful while trying to never use orange and brown (What's up with Cleveland?). After an 8-year stint in marketing with BSA LifeStructures, the states largest architectural firm, Steve comes to Tucker as Franchise Art Director. Although he really loves working with all the realtors around the state, his real challenge is trying to get some red in with the yellow and black whenever possible. John Lilienkamp Franchise Marketing Specialist John received his Bachelor in Fine Arts Degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. His extensive background in graphic design includes identity development, corporate communications, publications, and advertising, with a specialty in print design. He has worked in the Indianapolis market for companies such as Eli Lilly and Company, and Indianapolis Power and Light, through positions inside design studios and advertising agencies, as well as running his own freelance design business.
