I am 26 years old and a first time home buyer. As a first time home buyer in today's market your experience can be stressful, confusing and timely. This was my very first home and Mrs. Stout was very helpful. She asked what we wanted, sent us pictures of home to look at. She took us around to look at each home. In mid-2013, my family began the hunt for our first home. VA Loans often come with a recommended list of Agents and we chose Anna Stout because of her experience with the requirements of a Veterans Loan. She showed us so much more! Mrs. Stout's kindness, care, knowledge, and attention to detail  were more than any review could even explain. Things were going well and before the end of 2013, we were ready to purchase. Due to unfortunate circumstances, the day were ready to make our offer, my wife lost her job and we had to hold our search. That didn't deter Mrs. Stout in the least! She continued sending us leads and checking in on us. It was about a month before my wife found work and we were back to the hunt with Mrs. Stout. We saw many homes and she was patient with our needs and wants. She helped us bring our hopes into focus and find exactly that for which we were looking. In June of 2014 we placed our offer and with Mrs. Stout's guidance, began working the finishing steps. We closed in July and to this day, Mrs. Stout still checks in, even getting us a pie for our first Thanksgiving in our new home. I would recommend Anna to anyone who is looking for a house. You will not find a more patient realtor to work with. It took us six months to find a house we loved. Anna made herself available to us and was so responsive through the whole process. We never felt pressured or rushed. Anna is in this  business because she truly loves helping people and that shines through her work. She was even great with our kids when they came along to view homes. Her knowledge of the home buying process has really made a naturally stressful event run as smoothly as possible.

Anna is now a part of my family. She was so very patient. She showed us homes for a year before we were financially where we needed to be and she didn't make us feel like it wasn't worth her time. She provided excellent advice all the way through the process and remained positive and encouraging  when things didn't work out like we thought they would. She fought for what we wanted and we eventually got what we wanted, thanks to her persistence. She is amazing! I love her!
