"I received a referral for Paul Marks with PRM Architectural & Design to do several jobs on my house. The first one, completed last week, was to fix a sagging floor by adding an additional load-bearing wall in the basement and some joist hangers. This had been overlooked by the builder when my 16-year-old house was constructed. Paul and his crew were able to hydraulically jack the floor back to a near-perfect level in all three locations. I was delighted with the work and my new level kitchen floor. Paul and his crew were prompt, courteous, and considerate about avoiding tracking snow into my home. They cleaned up after themselves and were finished with the entire job in less than four hours. The price for this job was very reasonable. Thank you so much for referring them!"

The receptionist at Dr.Bug was very nice and helpful. The serviceman, Dean, was able to meet me at the "potential house" on very short notice. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Dean told us that these were not wood-destroying insects, and did not need treatment. He also took the time to explain to us what signs to look for, for wood-destroying insects, and what different treatment systems were designed to do. Overall, my experience with Dean & Dr. Bug was extremely satisfactory. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you Home-Services!” |

"James Moore of A-1 Roofing helped save a closing for us!!! My sellers had agreed to replace a roof as an inspection item. They obtained several estimates and found A-1 to be the most reasonable. Plus, they appreciated how quickly James was able to complete the estimate. Before a decision could be made, James went on vacation, but still answered multiple phone calls from my sellers and the buyers concerning the roof. We only had a two day window to have the roof completed so it could be re-inspected prior to closing. James had his crew arrive at the home early in the morning and they worked all day. They didn’t even stop to have lunch. When the roof was completed that day, I asked my sellers if they were satisfied with the job and if their property was left in good condition. The wife explained that the workers were meticulous and efficient, and she couldn’t be more pleased with the work. Thanks to James and A-1 Roofing, we were able to close on time!" |

Mr. Roger Vandenbark called us promptly. He was fair in his estimate and did the required work for us in a very professional, thorough and timely manner. In addition to completing the necessary carpentry work, he helped us by removing a storage cabinet in our basement and moving some heavy items from our basement to our garage. Geoff Lippert Geoff was an AWESOME contractor and a godsend. I was so pleased with the work that Geoff did on the house we were selling, that I hired him to do some work on the house we are buying. It’s seldom that a contractor is a complete package. Geoff was superb at his trade, but also a good business man with excellent customer relations skills. He truly cared about me and my needs with our fireplace and chimney. Geoff is able to put on different hats depending on whether I was in the buyer’s position or the seller’s – I loved that about him. I would recommend him to anyone, even the most hard to please client. He has a way of making you feel very important.
