Gadi Boukai Sales Associate

After moving to Indianapolis, IN from Israel in 1999, I went through the process of buying my own home and started learning about the real estate industry.  I invested in real estate and by 2004 I obtained my license as a real estate agent and joined the North Meridian office of F.C. Tucker Company. My passion for real estate grew over time with increased activity with clients and my own deals in sheriff sales, HUD homes, foreclosures, tax sales and short sales.

Since then, numerous investors, buyers and sellers have used my services, advanced knowledge and unique negotiation skills to get the best outcomes.

Due to high level of activity in the past two years, I recently added a team member that can assist me in offering a diverse range of services.

Most of my activity is in the greater Indianapolis area- Marion County, as well as Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and Westfield in Hamilton County.

For the high quality of my services I was recognized as a Five Star Agent in the past four years- a unique achievement for any agent.

My Commitment to You

By serving you, I will do my best to provide the highest service and use my unique negotation skills to get you the best outcome of the deal. I will also keep you best interests in front of mind.

As a buyer/investor, you will find that I am very knowledgeable about foreclosures, HUD homes, short sales, and many other types of deals. I'm here to help make your transaction a success.

As a seller, I will do a market analysis of your home to provide you the most information about home comparisons, nearby listings, and your neighborhood. All of this information is to help you get the best listing price for your home.

Whether it is photography, home staging, or home repairs, I will be there for you every step of the way in the home selling process.

Gadi was a pleasure to work with when purchasing our house.  He always responded quickly and knowledgeably to all of our questions.  We were moving from out of state and could not be present to manage all of the meetings.  We knew we could count on Gadi to handle everything.  He generously went to the house inspection and met our movers at our house when our cars arrived ahead of our arrival.  He even picked us up at the airport and took us to our new house.  We would definitely recommend working with Gadi for your next home purchase.

I want to thank you for all of your help and patience through this journey to sell my mother's home.  As you can imagine, this is not an easy thing to do.  Especially when my mother passed away so unexpectedly.  That being said, you were always honest with me, communicated often and always available.  This contributed so very much to making me feel comfortable with not having to be here.  Your professionalism and advice were always 'spot on' as they say. I am so very thankful for everything that you have done.

Thank you for your help in this process. We felt comfortable during the ordeal even though we were not there in person. I do look forward to spending more time in Indy as we have come to enjoy time in that locale. We have dreamed of having a home in that neighborhood for a few years but my retirement needed to happen first. I do look forward to meeting you and other neighbors. It is our goal to maintain the home so that it is an asset to the community. Again thanks for your help and your willingness to work with our being elsewhere during the entire time.
