Heather Bland

Heather Bland loves being a local resource for real estate in her community. She is a hard-worker and loves what she does, which is evident upon meeting her in person. She is passionate and makes it a point to always be available for her clients. Heather considers it a great opportunity and a privilege to be working in real estate, and is always expanding her knowledge for her clients. Homeowners appreciate the honest feedback she provides when they are thinking of selling. Heather also enjoys connecting people to the right homes for them.

As a Bloomington native, born and raised here, she knows her city. Heather graduated from Bloomington High School South, and is currently raising her 4 sons here with her husband. Heather worked as a Pilates instructor, where she discovered she loved working with people. However, she has always had a love for real estate and design and wanted to share this with others. She wanted to help locals reach their real estate dreams so she joined FC Tucker/Bloomington. She appreciates having a team behind her with the same care and mindset of building life-long clients and helping them every step of the way.  Heather is passionate about health and fitness and Riley Children’s Hospital, where she donates both time and money, and spending time with her sons, and their various activities. 

Heather is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and Bloomington Board of Realtors (BBOR).
