If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kyle was easy to work with. He sold a house for after I moved halfway across the country. Most people would probably stress about that part, but he took care of everything needed. I had a harder time registering my daughter for kindergarten down in my new state than I did selling my home in McCordsville. I cannot recommend him enough.

We cannot recommend Kyle enough. From the moment we contacted him to be our realtor until we moved into our new home, he stayed in constant contact with us. Kyle was very responsive to questions and finding answers to questions about the properties we viewed. We went through a few curves due to inspections and appraisals but he was very helpful in navigating the processes. Highly recommend him!

Kyle took over the sell of an investment property after the first agent had not had one showing/offer after 6 weeks. Kyle met with me right away upon being told he would be taking over by FC Tucker (knowing he would have to split commission with first agent that I signed with). He held an Open House that Sunday & was PREPARED. He went & spoke to all of the neighbors as well. He responded each time I contacted him. He always had a solution and said, "Don't worry about it, it's my job" and took any stress I could have had off of me. He went WAY above & beyond by going to investors meetings & clubs.
