Frances Slocum Elementary School

Located in central Marion, Frances Slocum Elementary School is one of three elementary schools operated by Marion Community Schools. Marion High School

Marion High School is a first-rate high school, having been recognized by U.S. News and World Report with the Bronze Medal in its national rankings, placing it the top quarter of schools in the entire country. Students at Marion routinely finish well above average in standardized testing in Indiana, and the school boasts an exceptional graduation rate.

They offer tailored college preparation for their students including one-on-one counseling, scholarship application assistance, and courses for college credit. They also offer vocational training, business training, and fine arts programs.
