Born in Indiana and a resident for over 25 years, I continue to be fascinated by the vitality and diversity that make the Carmel and surrounding suburban areas some of the most exciting cities Indiana has to offer. I have found that both my enthusiasm and compassion translate into success in real estate sales.
Whether you are a long-time Indiana resident with a need for a new space, or are making your first move into areas such as Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Noblesville or other surrounding cities and/or towns, together we can find a home that is perfect for you! Sorting through neighborhoods, buildings and amenities to arrive at the ideal match at the right price is a challenge I love to meet. Are you considering selling your home? My experience enables me to appraise and market your property appropriately to bring you the most qualified buyers and the highest possible price. While I have sold all over the city, my expertise is the North, North West and North East areas of downtown Indianapolis. I have first-hand knowledge of neighborhoods from the 20's to the 90's, both as a resident and a broker. I can assist you with new and existing homes, investment property, farms, acreage, lake properties, vacation homes, upsizing, downsizing and relocation. I am a strong advocate for privacy and discretion and have worked with various clients assisting them in retaining their privacy during such delicate life transitions as in both divorce and death.
Combining real estate to my past professions has enabled me to combine several “hats” that allow me to offer assistance in such personal areas regarding designing, remodeling, home management, etc. to my clients and their homes. My skills include over ten years in Project Design & Management, Interior Design & Exterior Design, Selections Specialist and Coordinator, and home management for those clients that have relocated out-of-state and their home is still in my hands to sell. I work closely with what I consider a “white glove network” of personally chosen professionals that have worked with me over the years – if I trust them so can you! I also am an avid volunteer and enjoy a variety of volunteer commitments including serving as past Godparent for St. Mary’s Early Childhood Center, Women’s Rape & Crisis Centers, and more recently committing to Wheeler Mission Ministries, a place so dear to my heart and soul, if you participate in the Drumstick Dash you will see me there (as well as my entire family) all 3 days over Thanksgiving! I believe that these endeavors honed my multi tasking skills as well as my compassion, communication and negotiation skills, talents that have been critical not only to my success in real estate but continue to set me apart from others in my profession.
Current passions include travel, theatre, reading, relaxing on a local lake as well as raising my family consisting of two teen-age daughters with my husband Rich. My oldest daughter, Allison, is a junior at Indiana University and has been playing the Harp for over 15 years studying at Indiana University’s School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana. My youngest daughter, Sabrina, is a sophomore at Zionsville High School. Sabrina is an avid horseman specializing in Western Barrel Racing with her beloved horse Camisado, plays both the banjo and guitar (no child plays the lovely piano sitting in my music roomJ) and plans on attending University of Kentucky majoring in Equine Management. Last but not least – we have a darling golden doodle named Miss Maggie who is close to being 11 years old. Maggie is a professional princess – studying sleep! Then there is real estate. I truly love what I do. Buying or selling your home is your most personal business transaction one could encounter and having an excellent relationship with your Realtor is key to its success. It would sincerely be my pleasure to be “Your Hard Working Realtor!”
