We were in such good hands with Nancy. She took care of each step of our new home sale. Nancy even made sure our listing agent did his part correctly ( because he was dropping the ball). We were so stressed out at times, but Nancy helped us calm down. We are very happy in our new home and Nancy is the number one reason why!

Nancy is an amazing woman! Her professional yet down to earth real approach is hands down the best. She helped us from the moment we started a phone conversation all the way to the end. Any, and I mean any questions I had she answered promptly and got right on our needs and wants. She talked me off the ledge yet stayed upbeat and fast paced at the same time. I feel like I’ve known her my whole life and I believe we developed a professional relationship along with a friendship that will last a lifetime. She is helping us buy our first house but if we ever buy again she is absolutely the first person I’ll call. I highly recommend Nancy Whitfield when looking to buy or sell.

Nancy is someone that I feel I can strongly recommend to you and I don't do many recommendations! Nancy has a good sense for the market and what the selling/buying features are of a home. Uniquely, I feel Nancy really, really listens and works extremely hard on your behalf. In fact, I met her when she was out on a Sunday driving and walking around looking for properties that might meet the needs of one of her clients. We were impressed with her diligence and her knowledge. As an added bonus, Nancy is just a nice person and I enjoyed working with her!

This exceptional find (of our new home) came on the market and Nancy called it to our attention as soon as it hit! Thank goodness she had our interests in mind and acted quickly to secure our river home. I met Nancy at the yacht club last summer and noticed her work ethic in her volunteer commitment there. This was my first experience selling a home and of course I was worried: first - which company to choose, and then finding the right realtor. So, before I chose Talk To Tucker and picked Nancy, I talked to four different companies.  Then, I decided on realtor, Nancy from Talk to Tucker and have not regretted. I can't say that in the process everything went smoothly, but the responsibility which came with Nancy, I admit I was impressed.
