I am writing to give Rhonda Schwartz my highest recommendation.  Rhonda possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent broker: she knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients.  Rhonda is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job.  She was very patient working with us as first time home sellers.  Rhonda stayed calm and gave expert advice during our entire home selling process. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Rhonda or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her.

The home buying process was a quick one for my husband and I, but it never occurred to us to use another realtor when we had one who was so qualified living across the street from us.  We went to an open house on a Sunday and made an offer on the home the next day.  Although Rhonda was out of town on vacation she still worked with us to make sure we got the best deal on the property.  We appreciated Rhonda's professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.  She was always available to us for questions even if that meant leaving her vacation house to drive into town to get internet access for a few minutes to review a document!  As this was our first home purchase we appreciated Rhonda being with us at the inspection and the closing to answer our questions.  We give Rhonda our unqualified recommendation as a real estate agent! The only downfall in the whole home buying process for us is that we no longer live across the street from her.

They say you can't mix business with pleasure. Well, Rhonda Schwartz clearly didn't get the memo. From the moment we solicited her services till the day we shook hands after we found our dream home, she was by our side. What does that mean, it means she was always one step ahead of us: Anticipating our needs before we had them, advocating for us at every turn and educating on us on the best way to spend our money. We were very comfortable through the whole process because we knew she was in our corner. In the beginning, I thought we hired a Realator, in the end I realized we gained a friend.
