(Government and Business) The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, Terre Haute Convention and Visitors Bureau, City of Terre Haute, Access Indiana, and Terre Haute Economic Development, are great resources for questions before and after a transition to the community.
(Education) Terre Haute’s public schools (Vigo County School Corporation) nurture curious minds providing a strong educational foundation. Emerging as a regional leader in higher education, the area touts four schools (Indiana State University, Ivy Tech Community College, Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, and St. Mary of the Woods College).
(Healthcare) Terre Haute Regional Hospital and Union Hospital (600+ beds combined) are recognized nationally for their outstanding services and treatments. The local medical community offers a variety of healthcare specialties and quality providers.
(Recreation) Outdoor recreation, in our 20 city parks, is just steps away (or a very short drive). Three county parks are located in the area, as well as six state parks within 60 miles. Love sports?
