Adam helped me buy my first home! He was very helpful through the entire process. He checked in with me regularly to make sure everything was all good, even after all the paper work was signed and his job was done. I will definitely use him for buying my next house! Thanks Adam!!!!

Adam not only found the perfect place for me, but he educated me on the process before we ever started looking, then held my hand through every single step. I knew from the beginning what to expect and it really kept the whole process fun and stress free. Our negotiations were a little complicated but he knew exactly how to handle it. I've seldom been so impressed with anybody that I've dealt with in any business capacity. I feel that this is my forever home, but if I ever want to buy again, I'll call Adam first. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so!

Adam is a true one-in-a-million man. He took his time deliberately with my wife and I, had and made sure we were comfortable through the process. Home buying can definitely be terrifying, but Adam is just the person to have in your corner. I don’t think I’d be able to recommend him more if I tried. Patient and a great listen! He helped us through a very difficult purchase with ease and thoughtfulness! He was extremely open to meetings that took place over two years looking for a home with an in laws quarters. We had many issues on my side of things - getting four adults to agree on a home - but he always met me with a smile and helped me determine the right fit. He was really great a noticing issues with structure and water damage that I was not aware of.

I cannot express in words how amazing of a realtor Adam is, I highly suggest him for any side of the buy/sell process. Originally, we hired Adam to help sell our home and he made the process smooth and quick. He also gave us the confidence on what price to sell our home at and what needed to be done before putting it on the market. He did such a great job, that a few months later when we were ready to buy a house, we had no doubt in our mind that we wanted Adam to help us buy our new home. He made sure we did not settle on the first house we saw and he was so great at making sure we paid a reasonable price and that things were inspected and fixed before we bought. Adam was great, he brought his years of construction experience to the table that was very useful. Adam was always quick to respond and made sure that we were comfortable. Adam was our landlord for 1.5 years and had such a great experience we hired him as our realtor as well. I can’t recommend Adam enough.

I thought I had seen every house on every realtor site. I had just about given up... The. Adam emails me a few houses. I couldn’t believe he had homes that I hadn’t seen yet in my endless online browsing... He must have remembered everything on my ‘must have’ list, because one of the houses he showed me checked all my boxes. Every. Single. Box! I couldn’t believe he’d found such a perfect home for us! We closed quickly and easily. Adam was never pushy, always made us feel comfortable, and always kept us informed. He was professional, but also super personable and so easy to work with! And Adam is so well connected. He has ‘a guy’ for just about anything home related. (Inspection, repairs, staging, photography, cleaning, painting, etc!)
I would (and will) highly recommend Adam’s services to any friend looking to buy/sell a home!

If you are looking for a realtor that truly values his clients, Adam is the best! He made us feel like we were his sole client and gave us his undivided attention any time we had questions or concerns. He has great knowledge of several Indianapolis and surrounding areas as well as extensive construction experience.
