Selling a house is a stressful process, and it is very important to have a realtor who is truly on your side. Allison is always looking out for the best interest of the client. She is extremely professional at all times. I am a physician with on call responsibilities, so I understand being available at all hours, and Allison is truly "on call" 24/7, and you never, ever feel like you are bothering her.
I can not stress enough how much I trusted Allison. She treats you like family. She makes this process a very positive experience. She is extremely prompt with responses, is extremely organized, and is extremely motivated, but she truly cares about quality. The house I sold needed a significant amount of work before it was ready to sell, and I never picked up a phone once because Allison took care of everything. I trusted her judgement completely. Bottom line: Finding a Realtor is easy, but finding a high quality professional Realtor is difficult. I was blessed to have known Allison through a personal contact, and I would never use another Realtor.
