Benjamin Reed is a Indianapolis Indiana real estate agent/broker committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ben Reed got his start on the Indianapolis real estate scene as an investor approximately 12 years and has since acquired several investment properties. Ben received a civil engineering degree from University of Wisconsin Madison and will obtain a MBA degree from Uindy spring 2020. Price the home right is essential. Even in this market, buyers have options so it’s imperative to price the home at a point the market has an appetite for. Properties that aren’t priced right sit and potential buyers start to wonder if something is wrong with it.  Ben will perform a comparative market analysis to provide an educated estimate of the price based on actual sold comparable data.

In regards to location, the focus here would be to highlight surrounding amenities. The brokers listing cooperative or BLC is one way to bring it into locus, but your home will also be featured on Reator.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia. 9 times out of 10, buyers working with Realtors will direct them to the BLC. As you know 33% of buyers find your home through their Realtor and 44% find it on the internet.

This brings us to the promotion aspect. The price, place, and product kind of ties into the promotion piece. If you’re amenable to it, Ben is happy to host open house, which is a valuable tool for exposure and feedback. For showings, appointments can be scheduled through centralized showing services, so you don’t have coordinate this activity. All you have to do is respond to a text to accept or decline or if you don’t like to take any call, Ben is happy to run point.
