Honestly, absolutely recommend. my first time buying a house and he help me to grasp what i needed to look out for. he was also willing to help me any day I called, and help me get an amazing bang for my buck when finally closing on a house.

There were numerous projects that needed to be done before the house could be put on the market and you directed us to a number of contractors who completed the jobs in a timely fashion and with a great quality of workmanship. You had the pulse of the market when we were ready to sell. We did not overdo with staging. The starting price was much higher than I thought and a buyer came in, we got a contract. There were bumps on the buyers side but together we worked them out to everyone's satisfaction. Great job Brian. You have set a high bar.

If I could give more stars, I would. 100% recommend. Brian was with us every step for a home purchase, sale, and purchase again. Made sure all of my extensive questions were answered (even during family time) and exceeded all we could ask for. Brian is both professional AND personable. He's a human like the rest of us and goes every extra step he can to make sure your home purchase or sale goes smoothly. We are definitely not planning on moving anytime soon, so we recommend Brian to everyone we can.

We needed to sell my mom's home fairly quickly. Brian was great through the whole process. He helped us value the house fairly, kept my mom and I up to date and got her an offer within a week.
