Carol Miller

Commercial and Residential Broker

I love to share my knowledge of real estate with anyone who will listen and enjoy working with everyone from seasoned investors to first-time buyers. My commercial and residential clients appreciate my assistance in maneuvering comfortably through the process of buying and selling or leasing properties.

My past work experience is in management with strong analytical and decision-making skills. My real estate experience began in 1990 and I have been licensed and involved in the following:

  • Real Estate Broker
  • Certified General Appraiser
  • Indiana Certified Tax Representative
  • Chair of the Madison County Division of MIBOR Realtor Association 2016
  • AMCAR Board of Directors 2012-2015

After owning my own brokerage, I joined the team at F.C. Tucker/Anderson in 2015.  In August of 2017, I started serving as Sales Director, assisting our veteran agents and recruiting new agents while continuing as an active broker.

I pride myself as:

  • An Anderson born and raised Hoosier
  • An Anderson High School graduate
  • Graduate of Anderson University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing
  • Family: Husband, Dean. Mother of Nathan & Abby, two grown children. Wonderful daughter-in-law. And my mother, Sylvia, who lives with us.

I characterize myself as being an optimistic person with a can-do attitude which I attribute to my mother who, along with Jesus, has been the greatest influence in my life. I thoroughly enjoy my work, spending time with friends and family, playing cards, and traveling. It brings me joy to see people achieve their dreams and goals. Outside of real estate, I served as the President of the women’s ministry at my church for 3 years and currently serve as a Board Member for Horizon International Inc.

Please feel free to email or call me for your commercial or residential needs.
