Our mother had a non-fatal stroke and myself and sister had to sell mom's house in Indiana (moved mom to an assisted living facility in a different town in Indiana). I live in California. My sister lives in Texas. Cathy very skillfully handled the entire process remotely via digital document signing and email / texts (I and my sister had Power Of Attorney and were co-trustees on mom's Living Trust). Cathy expertly staged the house to sell, and baby-sat the property while it sat empty on the market, assisted with giving access to various inspectors, repair-men, etc. Very easy to work with using all the latest technology hooks to move the process forward even in unusually complex scenarios like myself and sister living out-of-state (in 2 different states). Neither I nor my sister had to make a single trip back to Indiana to finalize anything - all done via email, digital doc signing, some final over-nighting of materials handled by local ReMax offices in CA and TX.
