Some people are driven to achieve success by a desire to acquire status or wealth. The driving force for me is a desire to help people.

For me, being a Realtor entails far more than helping clients to buy and sell homes. My professional background is varied, as I'm a Registered Nurse by education. I have worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse, a Childbirth Educator, an Insurance Tracker for a Dental Office, a School Nurse, and as a Director for Indiana All Star Running Club (a Not-for-Profit) for 10+ years. My management, organization, and efficiency skills were sharpened from these endeavors. But I balance these business skills with the compassion, insight, and observations that will make the process of buying or selling your home a smooth and happy experience. Summer 2021. Housing market absolutely crazy, most houses scooped up within a couple days of being listed, and for way more than listed asking price. 

Wife and I were starting to lose hope of finding a good house for even close to a reasonable price. Wife was uber pregnant, so we needed something stat, but all the houses we liked kept disappearing like friggin Houdini.

Connie went so far above and beyond expectations to find us houses that matched what we wanted. She showed us this house the day it hit the market. We made an offer and didn’t have to go a dime over asking price. Right away, she had an inspection scheduled to make sure everything was good to go and she was able to negotiate the seller into doing a bunch of repairs. 

I don’t think there’s another realtor out there that would have given half the effort that Connie did in finding us our home.

As a first-time homebuyer, the whole buying process can be very intimidating.  Being a first-time homebuyer in 2021, that intimidation was tenfold and emotionally I was all over the place facing such a big commitment. But Connie was a great support and helped ease the stress. Connie educated me on the buying process and was very thorough in going over all documents to make sure I understood everything. When we found the house that I ended up buying, it was temporarily off market. Connie contacted the selling agent to get more information about the property and stayed in contact with the agent for a couple of weeks until the house was put back on the market. The correspondence over those couple of weeks, I believe, is what ultimately gave me a leg up in getting my house. I’m so thankful that Connie was looking out for me through this process and that helping me find a home was such a high priority for her.

To say we were tough clients is an understatement.
