David Martin did a great job of finding us a house that we love and that has fit our long term needs.  We are so glad that he helped steer us away from certain houses we initially liked, because looking back they wouldn’t have been right for us.   He took the time to really understand our needs.   David was also great at pointing out expenses or problems that could arise in certain homes that we never would have thought of.  We were so happy with David, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
