Dawn Ulry

I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1983 where I started as a Loan Processor/Closer and then advanced to an Underwriter for several lenders and mortgage insurers. I then moved into an Operations Manager position for a National wholesale lender traveling and training wholesale customers. I have been with Tucker Mortgage since its inception in 1997. Currently, I am the Vice President of Operations and Compliance.   I hold a real estate license along with FHA and VA Underwriting certifications.  I enjoy the challenge and reward of working to put a tough transaction together.

I spent most of my life in the Indianapolis area. I now lives in Columbus, Ohio with my husband, Mark.  I enjoy time spent with our kids and grandkids. My hobbies include gardening scrapbooking, and researching genealogy

Our inside staff averages nearly 20 years of experience, and our senior officers have considerable experience in mortgage banking. 

Our Loan Officers are conveniently located in each of our Indianapolis area offices and each Loan Officer can offer you a free pre-approval. Tucker Mortgage is Indianapolis owned and operated. Our processing and underwriting is done locally, which means that your loan does not leave our Indianapolis office during the process. Loan decisions are also made in our own office and the funding comes from our Indianapolis office. We do not use appraisal management companies, so that all of our appraisers are intimately familiar with the Indianapolis market area.
