As a first time homebuyer, I had several questions throughout the process. Gavin was always incredibly responsive and was there to assist me every step of the way. He has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry and the Indianapolis market. It was a pleasure to work Gavin and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Gavin was great. He helped us find our first home. We were very picky and could not decide where we wanted to live. We looked all over downtown and were even considering a home to restore. His knowledge on the downtown market was quite surprising. After a month of looking downtown we started to look north then the Fishers area. After about 4 months of looking around he found us the perfect house on the south side. Gavin takes the time to get to know you as this better helps him help you. He was a joy to work with and had is laughing the entire search making us feel at ease and comfortable.

My husband and I were first time home buyers when we started our search with Gavin. Neither of us had any prior knowledge in the home buying, home fixing department, and Gavin was wonderful! He was 100% patient with us through the looking process, and he was really helpful in checking some main, key components to the homes that we wouldn't have looked into much on our own. The thing I appreciated the most in working with Gavin was his prompt responsiveness and his availability to us. He answered EVERY question we had, answered and returned EVERY phone call we made to him, and made sure we understood things every step of the way. Home buying is nerve wrecking and time consuming, and Gavin was incredibly helpful to us throughout the entire process, all the way to the closing table!

Gavin is Knowledgeable in all aspects in this field. He does not try to sell you a home. He helps find you a home that you would want and can afford. He is polite and considerate of what your needs are, and does not tell you what he thinks you might want. He lets you decide on what you are wanting. He will be there at anytime of day or night to help you find your home.

Gavin went above and beyond in everything concerning the sale of my house. He was communicative and prompt when offers came in on the house. I feel like he did everything and more to promote my home and get it sold as quickly as possible, which he did. I will go back to Gavin with any future real estate needs.

Gavin helped me buy my first house. He was overly-communicative throughout the process - walked me through every step with professional knowledge and personal advice. He arranged everything from showings to inspection to closing, etc. Very upfront about every cost we may incur, etc.
He has a great zeal and energy to help you in the process. Met every expectation - can't imagine how he could have done any more to help.

I purchased my home about two years ago with the help of Gavin. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had about a million questions. He was so patient with my constant phone calls and emails regarding all the processes surrounding finding and buying a home.
We looked a many homes in my desired perimeters, some he had found for me and some I had chosen. All of these homes had most of the items on my wish list, which was not an easy task as some of those items were odd. He gave me the best advice while we looked, "Don't fall in love with a house until the day you are moving your stuff in." That helped keep me level headed during the entire ordeal.
I wound up finding a place I really liked and I toured it at least three times before we wrote the offer. My offer was intense as I wanted a gas line put in for a stove, a new gas stove to go with, concrete pulled up in the backyard, and a few other really wacky requests. Through the first run of offers, counter-offers, re-offer, etc. Gavin kept me within my boundaries and didn't let me get carried away with the thought of this home. I actually wound up walking away from the deal only to have them call a week or so later to say they would accept my last offer, conditions and all.
During the inspections and pre-buying process Gavin was there the whole time. He even popped over a few times when I couldn't to make sure things were taken care of. The week before I closed he was getting ready for his wedding, but was still available and working hard on my contracts.
I wound up getting a FANTASTIC deal on a house in a great neighborhood. The only reason I didn't give him 5 starts on the "process expertise" is because he was still new to the game and my offer was rather difficult. However, he had great resources and mentors at F.C. Tucker who helped everything go smoothly. I can only imagine how he has excelled in the past 2 years!
I would recommend him to anyone. He is honest, knowledgeable, reliable, patient, and willing to ask for assistance in order to make his clients happy. On top of everything he is passionate about his job and you can tell he is going something he truly loves.

After seeing Gavin's fervent dedication to all of his passions in life, we decided to let him sell our house in Whitestown, IN. Gavin was amazing throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The business relationship began with Gavin giving us pointers on how to stage and present the house. From there we moved onto a list of recommended contractors to use to fix certain things around the property.
We had to move out of state to take a new job before the house was sold. About 15 minutes after we left the driveway to drive to Colorado, the first showing was already underway. Gavin was able to drum up traffic and find the right buyers despite the fact that our house was off the beaten path in a rural area. Amidst several issues along the way (which were outside Gavin's control) he kept a cool head and gave us faith that we would get through this.
When it came time to close on the house, Gavin again showed his dedication by going well above and beyond to get he deal finalized. He had a tenacity in him which I have found few, if any realtors bring to the table. Between sorting out a less than perfect situation for financing on the buyer's side and providing daily, if not hourly updates for us (the sellers) Gavin proved his worth and then some!
If you are looking for a fresh face on the market who is truly looking out for his clients then I can give you no higher recommendation than Gavin Frost. He is true to his word and works extremely hard to earn and keep your business.
