Auction terms will be: 10% of the high bid non-refundable deposit on auction day with the final closings to be in 30 days of less. The seller will provide clear title, title insurance and a deed. A Survey will be available at the buyer’s expense. Any current real estate taxes due will be paid by the seller as of the day of the closing.
