The pictures tell the story--such a sweet little house. It's light and bright and just right! So, I'm using this comments section to talk about all the improvements. A/C and Furnace, textured ceilings and ceiling fan new in 2021, Water heater new December 2020, Stove and Deck new in 2020. Microwave is two weeks new. New carpet in living areas and up the hall, flooring in kitchen and laundry room new in 2017. Exterior of home was painted in 2016 and all interior colors are new. Shed 2015. Bricks and firepit installed last September. Front gutters new in 2019. Properly vented the attic. Garage was popcorn ceiling. That was all scraped off and repainted. Brand new LED lighting in kitchen and two bedrooms. In the living room, all of the power (two outlets) and ports needed to run television and other electronics are hidden in the wall. (Television does not remain with the sale.) All appliances are included. Sunporch is not included in the square footage. The corner gate of the backyard fence leads directly to a park and walking trail. The park can be seen from the home. Pictures of the park are included that show the house can be seen from the basketball court. Large open area for games for all ages. Also, a couple of summer pics are included of the deck and firepit. I just listed SO MANY things that you will not have to worry about replacing or maintaining for many years.
