   May I take this opportunity to comment on the excellent service that has been provided to me by Mr. Jay Bobian. I returned to Indianapolis ready to commit to the purchase of a home in this area. On contacting Jay, he was immediately helpful in setting appointments to view properties of interest. Jay provided the professional assistance that I needed in arriving at a decision to place an offer on one of the properties. Because of my inexperience in the process, Jay very professionally guided me through making the offer, counter offers, property inspection, appraisal, loan approval, title services, and many other issues too numerous to mention here. Jay was a great partner throughout, and gained my trust and confidence. Even after the sale of the property closed, Jay has continued to maintain contact with me, and has always been available whenever I had any questions or concerns.    We met Jay when he was holding an open house in our neighborhood. We were interested in downsizing and wanted to see what the floor plan had to offer. We liked his genuineness, and were both impressed with his overall countenance. We asked him to assist us with our search.
