It is an honor and privilege to help my clients achieve their dream of home ownership.  Whether it’s their first home, a move-up home for their growing family, a home in a new city due to corporate relocation, or a down-size home to enjoy during retirement, it is my goal to find the PERFECT house for my clients to enjoy during each season of life.  As an English writing major (DePauw, Cum Laude, ‘08) and former middle school teacher and administrator, I pride myself on my excellent communication and organizational skills to help my clients enjoy the home buying or selling process as much as they possibly can.  This communication and organization often starts months ahead of the actual home search or listing date as I work to help my clients understand what they need to do to best be ready to buy (like meeting with an all-star lender, saving for a down payment, paying off debt, watching the portal to keep an eye on inventory, etc) or sell (like strategizing about what updates or repairs would best be made prior to listing, providing a comprehensive staging plan to showcase their home and maximize profit, scheduling professional photography, etc).  It is my goal to make sure my clients feel as prepared as possible.  I also work hard to stay on top of the market trends to help my clients know how to write the winning offer or negotiate the best terms on the sale of their home.  I network with other agents to build relationships and learn of upcoming listings to help my clients have any advantage they can.

I grew up in Avon, spent 7 years teaching and coaching girls’ soccer in Brownsburg, 3 years teaching at Eastwood Middle School (Washington Township, Indianapolis), and have lived in Zionsville since 2009 which has allowed me to become an expert across a large geographic area and represent clients all across the Indianapolis Metro!  We closed $23 million in 2022, making us a top producer in our office and company as a whole. 

In my 6 years in the business, I’ve been able to leverage my MBA (UIndy, 4.0, ‘15) to maximize our marketing plan to benefit our clients.  And, I get to work with my mom, Peggy Kieper, and tap into her 30+ years of real estate experience.  When not helping my Kieper team clients, I love to spend time with my three sons (Henry, Benjamin, and George) and my husband, Chris, enjoying the many fun activities our city has to offer.  Crowd favorites–The Children’s Museum, the zoo, Pacers games, and a variety of Zionsville sports games.
