When our tight timeline went sideways because of a house that failed inspection, Kristi was there to walk us through every single step of what otherwise could have been a disaster. With her thorough experience and deft knowledge she was able to out-maneuver an opposing realtor, evacuate us from a bad deal, and land us in a better home all within a week. Kristi was referred to me by a good friend of mine. I was helping my son find his first home. Although I live in FL, and didn’t meet Kristi in person until the day of our closing, we felt a very strong connection to Kristi. So much of the home buying process happens after putting a home under contract. I can't say enough great things about Kristi Engle Gaynor and the service that she offered my family this spring as we were selling our home and buying a new home. With 4 kiddos 5 and under, we were prepared for a highly stressful and frustrating process regardless of who we contracted with as a realtor.
