Marsha Wilson

Licensed since 1996, I have been entrenched in real estate for many years and have seen not only reoccurring patterns in sales but some very unique times as well.  My experience in various types of markets has given me valuable skills in dealing with a wide variety of transaction types while in a wide variety of price ranges.   One of the most important elements of my 20+ years as a Realtor is longevity which does not happen by chance.  I truly care about each of my clients and want only the best outcome for them.  I believe in listening to my clients as they are the boss in what is most likely one of the largest financial transactions they will have.  

I learned early in my professional career that follow up with all parties to a transaction is crucial and it is the attention to detail that makes all the difference.
My goal is to provide my clients with the integrity and commitment they deserve. I strive to enable my clients to attain their real estate goals with success and within their specified timing. My personal objective is client satisfaction, and my job is not finished until my clients are happy.
