We worked with Matt King over the course of about several months in an attempt to find an investment property in or around Butler-Tarkington or in Carmel. It was great to work with an agent who was so knowledgable about so many different aspects of these two real estate markets. We found that the bargains went quickly, and even though we lost-out on a couple of deals that Matt wrote-up offers for, we were very happy to have his expert opinions to rely on to keep us from getting carried away and paying too much. Had it not been for Matt there is a good chance I would still be in the same house I was in dreading the house hunting process. I can not recommend him enough. A job change brought us to Indy from Atlanta, GA, and we knew nothing about the housing market here. Luckily, we randomly met Matt at an open house in Meridian-Kessler and knew within minutes he was the buyer's agent we needed. His knowledge of the Indy housing market is unparalleled; neighborhoods, schools, churches, restaurants, parks, even traffic patterns...he knows it all! His ability to apply that knowledge to help us find a home based on our very specific list of wants and needs made him the perfect agent for us.

Throughout the search process, Matt was always readily available by phone, email, and text and was very patient as we drove all over town and toured at least a dozen homes over several weekend trips to Indy. Once we found our dream home in Sycamore Springs (you can take out "in Sycamore Springs" if you want), he kicked into high gear and moved the negotiation process along very smoothly among all parties including the seller's agent, home inspector, mortgage lender, etc.

We're blessed to have found Matt when we did, and we're confident that our home search couldn't possibly have gone as smoothy with any other agent in town. He's an A+ agent and an A+ guy, and we will definitely use him if and when the time comes to buy or sell any other real estate in Indy.

Working with Matt was effortless, fun, and informative. We met Matt at an open house and immediately hit it off and were excited to start exploring homes in the neighborhood that we had always invisioned being a part of.

Trust and availability were very important to us during our house hunt, and Matt exceeded our expectations in both areas.

His availability was outstanding. We recall going to see a house one evening; sitting in the living room discussing how we wanted to move forward until after 10 o’clock. He also made himself available for early morning showings.

He provided much needed feedback in several situations when we had doubts and were unsure, and we trusted his advice.

He was very strategic when negotiating with the other party, and we felt like we’re were in good hands and being very well represented.

After purchasing our new home, he connected us with professionals of various trades to make our house feel like home.

After all is said and done, we now consider Matt a friend, and would highly recommend him to any family members or friends.
