I met Patty at my store, and in conversation it came up that she was a realtor. I asked if she could help us look for a rental. She was very excited and took my information. The next day we were in contact with her about what our needs were and what we were looking for. She quickly came up with a number of houses to look at in our budget. By mid week we were looking at our first houses on our list. Patty worked very hard to figure out exactly what we needed. She even took time to sit down one on one with me to dig deeper, to really find out what we were looking for. I was being very picky about our rental. We were moving here from a very small community. So we were looking for something that was not overwhelming and had the perfect school district for our family. After about 9 houses we still weren't satisfied. Patty found a few homes available in Cicero that matched our needs. The first house we looked at we fell in love with. Patty reached out to the leasing company to find out the criteria needed to start the application process. We started the process within a few days and were accepted and moving in to our new house.
