Sarah has been exceptional to work with in selling my mother-in-law’s home. From the first day, Sarah has been an excellent communicator and project manager. She made the entire sale easy despite the numerous bumps we encountered in the normal uncertainty of selling a home. When we needed contractors, quotes, etc., we did not have to coordinate. My wife and I had been looking for a property on Lamb Lake, and Sarah helped us buy the house. From the moment it was listed , our first visit to the house, making the offer, until successful closing, Sarah guided us through the process. She made the transaction as smooth and as efficient as it could be. I was particularly impressed by her responsiveness to texts, emails, or phone calls throughout the day whenever we had a question or needed something. We now have the lake home of our dreams! In addition, it just so happens we had another property in Carmel that we wished to sell, and due to our great experience with the lake house purchase, we engaged Sarah to help us sell the Carmel house, during the peak of Covid-19 much less! Despite the challenges of a pandemic and a very difficult situation with the buyers’ lender, Sarah kept us well informed and kept her sense of humor during a number of very frustrating events from the buyers side. She worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with the lender, and we successfully sold the property at our asking price!
