We just wanted to express our complete happiness with our Realtor Shelby Fiscus. We had lived in our home for 16 years. The time had come for us to move on. Our kids had left to start the next chapters in their lives and we wanted to downsize. We chose Shelby to help us accomplish this. From the moment she entered our home we put all our trust in her. We told her we wanted her to be completely honest with input. She walked through our home and gave us suggestions on what changes needed to be made. She rearranged the items on bookshelves and made what I thought was cozy even cozier. She offered items from her own home to help us freshen up our look. That alone goes above and beyond!

Within a few short weeks we had an offer. Needless to say we were full of excitement. We were also emotional because we had raised our kids in this home. To top things off we had agreed to a quick close and we had no idea where we were going. I was a bit freaked out! Shelby stopped by hugged me and said, "Take a deep breath. Consider moving into a short term apartment lease and take some time to find the right home." That is just what I needed to hear. I instantly felt less stressed. That is what we did. We are now in the process of finding the perfect fit home. We are excited to be accomplishing this with Shelby.
