Sherri Roizen is an influencer and has been immersed in all things Indiana since moving home from San Francisco in 2001. Spend any time with her, and you will ultimately claim "she knows everyone." But more importantly, she loves sharing her JOY for all that Indianapolis offers and making introductions.
After 18 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate practitioner, she is still excited about helping clients buy and sell their homes. Actively listening, keeping an open line of dialog, and doggedly studying inventory have been critical to her success and continue to be hallmarks of her business.
Sherri is has studied architecture, design, fine jewelry, and the natural environment. She has restored Mid-Century Modern and Mid-Century ranch homes, sold historic homes and is well versed in RESTORATION vs. REMODELING for any architectural vernacular. While spending decades under the microscope as a jeweler/ appraiser, she learned to spot every design detail and how to place value on it. Recently she began a full-scale 14-acre forest restoration project and most likely will not answer the phone while out in the woods with her 6" chainsaw.
