A real estate professional since 1997 and affiliated with the NAR, IAR, and MIBOR, Suzan Shoemaker is known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all her dealings. Formerly in the real estate appraisal industry and real estate agent for over 25 years collectively, Suzan uses her extensive knowledge, experience and seasoned negotiating skills to tirelessly advocate for her clients.
