It’s January 31st – what are you doing tonight to ring in the new year?!
I don’t know about you, but this year flew by for me. Why is it that as you age, time seems to go faster and faster? I have so many things to be thankful for, but time can slow down anytime!!
This year was definitely a year of new for me. January 17, 2014 was the date I became a REALTOR with FC Tucker Company – best decision I’ve made in my professional career…even before I was in real estate. Tucker’s education, managers, relationship with vendors, and etc. have been such a wonderful tool for me and my success! But, with becoming a Tucker agent came the reality of being a totally solo real estate agent. Let me just say that being a full-time REALTOR can teach you how to be a better saver in a flash! 🙂 I would not have done anything differently, though – so happy with my decsion!
A lot of “firsts” for me this year, too. Properties not appraising, transactions falling through for various reasons, tons of new stuff – but, I’m proud to say all problems were solved in some fashion! This profession definitely teaches me something new each and everyday, and that makes me a better professional.
Personally, this year was amazing! A great year with the love of my life, our personal home renovations are coming along quite nicely, our families are all happy and healthy, we had a wonderful holiday season, and enjoy our time with friends who have become family.
With 2015 just hours away, I can’t help but be excited about all the new projects, clients, designing, and good times to be had! I am so thankful for all you readers out there – this is my first year blogging on a regular basis…I hope the info I shared was helpful in some way, or just a fun read. 🙂
