The Indianapolis housing market tends to be less competitive in winter months due to fewer homes listed. The winter months of December through March offer Indianapolis homes for sale a leg up on the many spring and winter sellers.
In an update to a two-year analysis, a Redfin study found February is “historically the best month to list, with an average of 66 percent of homes listed then selling within 90 days,” according to Realtor Magazine.
