Sahm Park Aquatic Center

Older folks might know this Indy Parks destination as Northeastway, the original name of the park when it was founded in 1963. Today, Sahm Park covers 85 acres of land, and it has a large aquatic center which received a facelift in 2010, adding a waterslide and some spray features. The waterpark also features 25-meter lap lanes, a zero-entry play area for small children and a concession stand. Located on East 91^st Street, this waterpark is a popular summer destination for folks living on the northeast side of the city. Consider visiting this great waterpark between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm on weekdays and Saturdays this summer. The waterpark will also open at noon and close at 6:00 pm on Sundays.
