F.C. Tucker Reopens Keystone Office

State’s largest independent real estate brokerage rebuilds at popular Keystone at the Crossing location

INDIANAPOLIS – The F.C. Tucker Company opened its brand new 11,000 square foot office in popular Keystone at the Crossing this week at 3405 E. 86th Street. The state-of-art facility is built on the same location as the previous office which agents vacated one year ago to make room for the renovation.

The branch, which first opened in 1978, has long been a cornerstone location for the company.

In March 2020, a week before the state’s stay-at-home order was put in place, agents and staff moved from the location into temporary quarters and the building was leveled and rebuilt from the ground up.

Opening this week, the building features collaborative work spaces, and indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces for hosting client and civic events. The environment equally serves agents working in the office and those who work remotely who use the office for networking and meeting space.

The original building was created to house 34 agents. Over the years, the company expanded twice, adding south and west wings and finishing the basement. Today 145 agents call it their new home.

Jim Litten, Owner and CEO of F.C. Tucker Company who served as co-manager of the Keystone office from 1979-1985 recalls, “This location was always special. Keystone at the Crossing has long been a premiere location, and we never doubted wanting to rebuild there. We could not be more excited about this property; it’s a warm and inviting space for our agents to grow and thrive, and a place for their clients to safely gather.”
