F.C. Tucker COVID Policies

With COVID conditions evolving, procedures related to Tucker offices and real estate industry activities continue to change. At present:
Offices – F.C. Tucker offices are open to members of the public. Agents are permitted to work from offices or remotely. Meeting sizes are limited and many meetings continue to be conducted virtually. Large-scale meetings and gatherings are assessed on a case by case basis. Masks are highly encouraged in all common areas.
Open Houses – Open houses are permitted. COVID waivers are still in place for showings, open houses and vendor entry.
Closings – Title Services, L.L.C., a family business of F.C. Tucker, is requiring masks for all visitors and closing rooms are cleaned after each use. Please ask your agent for specific precautions related to your closing.
Showings – Physical and virtual showings are permitted at this time.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the first COVID restrictions in place at F.C. Tucker Company, Inc. We continue our commitment to the safety and well-being of all employees, REALTORS® and their clients. While a high degree of normality has returned to the real estate industry, some precautions remain in place.
Offices – F.C. Tucker offices are open to members of the public. Agents are permitted to work from offices or remotely. Meeting sizes are limited and many meetings continue to be conducted virtually. All large-scale meetings and gatherings are curtailed at this time. Masks are required in all common areas.
Open Houses – Open houses are permitted. COVID waivers are in place, crowd size is controlled and social distancing is encouraged.
Closings – Title Services, L.L.C., a family business of F.C. Tucker, has some restrictions in place and closing rooms are cleaned after each use. Please ask your agent for specific precautions related to your closing.
Showings – Physical and virtual showings are permitted at this time.

Our duty to our clients’ physical and financial wellbeing is an unwavering commitment. Responding, as we have for over 100 years, to the unique challenges of each moment, these are our current business practice adaptations in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Closings – Title Services, L.L.C., a family business of F.C. Tucker, is requiring that only the parties to the transaction who are executing closing documents attend the closing. Any additional family members and real estate agents may attend virtually. Closing rooms are being cleaned between each use.
Photography/Inspections/
Showings – Virtual showings are popular in our market and are the safest way to show homes right now. F.C. Tucker has expanded virtual showing tools provided on TalktoTucker.com. Physical showings are possible under some circumstances. During physical showings, only those parties absolutely necessary should attend and separate vehicles should be used by agent and client.
Open Houses – Open houses are suspended at this time.
Offices – F.C.Tucker staff and agents are working from home at this time.
March 23, 2020 Update: In compliance with Governor Holcomb’s shelter-in-place order issued March 23rd, Tucker offices are closed to the general public at this time.
Agents are working, remotely and safely and are eager to help you with your housing needs and concerns.

Love, Care, and Concern. The F.C. Tucker Company was built on it and those principles are certainly being put to the test in our country and the world today. As concerns over COVID-19 increase and this period of uncertainty continues, we want to update you about the action being taken within our company to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, agents, and families while still ensuring business continuity for all concerned.
Precautions related to social distancing, meeting size and travel were issued to agents and employees on March 12th. Beginning March 16th, an expansion of those restrictions was put into place amid growing concerns. We remain open for business. All F.C. Tucker offices in the Metro Indianapolis area operate with very limited staff physically in locations. The remaining 90+% of staff will work remotely using our Cloud-based environment which allows for no interruption in service. Closings will continue and agents have been given guidelines about how to conduct business safely.
Please know that client, employee and agent health and safety is our #1 priority. For more than 100 years, the F.C. Tucker Company has served Central Indiana’s families through every type of situation. The coming days are no different. Stay healthy, stay well.
