Without a doubt, Tim Birky has set the standard for realtors. My wife and I have purchased and sold a home prior to moving to Indy, and the level of service that Tim provided was miles ahead of anything we have ever experienced. He was very timely in all communications with us and was very flexible. My wife and I also had requests that I'm sure most realtors would've been unable (or unwilling) to help with (packages being delivered before closing, requesting room dimensions, etc). Tim even helped us troubleshoot and fix a minor issue we had with our dryer AFTER CLOSING! His level of service absolutely blew us away.
