I purchased a Carmel, IN home in 2015 as my primary residence with help from Molly's team, then turned to Molly again in late 2021 when preparing to sell the home - a necessity given our relocation. Asking Molly to work with us again was indispensable to making the sale a success. I never lacked confidence in the quality of the home and that it deserved a new and committed owner, but I was certainly apprehensive about the way the home presented itself. It was well maintained but had only a few updates, and not many new or stylish features. The online listing was superbly done, from the high-resolution photos to the customized description that conveyed exactly what we had enjoyed about the home and the value it offered. During negotiations with the buyers, Molly looked out for our best interests and kept the sale moving forward. Since I had already relocated out of state, Molly put in the work to check on the home each week and evaluate whether any repairs were needed as part of the inspection response. Molly's hard work kept us on track for our preferred closing date and ensured that the deal got done.
