I would recommend Penni to everyone I know. She deserves a lot of recognition and praise. Penni is knowledgeable, kind, patient and a great asset for the home selling and buying process. I don't think we would have gotten through everything so quickly and easily without her. I have been working with her for over 2 years. The first house I was going to get fell through and circumstances changed, so I put off getting a house. 2 years later and I needed to sell a house as part of an estate. Although I hadn't spoken with Penni in those 2 years when I called her she was immediately helpful. We got everything going and got that house sold. a couple of months later we started looking for a home. Penni was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She never pushed us to make a decision and even though we decided to put in an offer on one house after thinking about it a little longer, we decided it wasn't the best option for us. Penni was very understanding through out the whole process. We found our forever home after looking at what felt like was so many. Penni kept in touch with us with all updates, advocated for us and gave us invaluable advice. After getting into our new home it was time to get started on selling our other home. She was patient with us and we got it listed and sold in no time. Even after the houses being sold and us being in our new home Penni was still there helping us. I had a few questions about the 1st house that sold 6 months prior and she didn't hesitate to get me the answers I was looking for.

Penni was truly awesome! Been a friend of the family for years and went above and beyond to make sure our first time home buying process went as smooth as possible. She was very on top of everything from making sure we were in houses the day they hit the market to making sure we got the best possible outcome at all stages of the closing process. Penni helped me find and purchase my first home last summer. Although I thought I'd found "the one" pretty quickly, she made sure I checked out comparable homes so I could really be sure. Penni walked me through the process step by step and made me feel comfortable in dealing with a challenging seller. someone who was so thorough and extended herself way beyond what
most agents would do for a client. The house needed a complete update
due to the fact it had been rented.

I had to rely on Penni to recommend contractors, allow them access
to the house to give me some estimates, and then check up on the
work as it progressed.

Not only did she do this, she went out there whenever a problem arose
and called me so we could decide the next step. She also sent
pictures to keep me updated.
