We were impressed by how she developed a marketing plan prior to interviewing with us and then actively marketed our home upon receiving the listing. Vikki knew we wanted to sell the home quickly due to our relocation, and she worked hard to meet our needs/expectations. Additionally, Vikki was mindful of the fact that we have young children, and she worked with us to develop a plan that would balance our need to live in the home with the need to keep the home “show ready.” This time, we worked with Vikki on selling a home, but if we find ourselves moving back to the Indianapolis area, Vikki will be the first person I call to help us purchase a home!
