Whether its your first home or your first investment, the process of buying a home is often a deeply personal experience.  For some, it can be intimidating and could be quite stressful.  That is why you need to have someone next to you that is not only looking out for your best interest, but knows the market well enough to protect you from making decisions that may end up turning sour  for you emotionally or  financially.  

With 20 years in the industry working all over Indiana, I don't just look at being your Realtor as a job, I look at it as my priveledged responsibilty.   From an early age, when I used to tag along with my Dad on his new build projects and later on his investment, I knew that I loved real estate.  I loved the smell of 2 x 4 framing or the before and afters and how a project on paper would become reality.  I loved going on open houses and meeting agents and talking with them about the market and seeing what I liked or didn't like about houses that were listed. 

After completing my Bachelor of Arts in 2004, I purchased my first home and project.  It was a successful venture that only cemented my passion.   Since that time, I have completed nearly 100 projects and consulted on hundreds more.  My passion is also paired with my word and reputation for providing my friends and clients with the best advice, paired with ethics that money can't buy.   I contribute my success to not only my professional knowledge, but also to my intuition regarding the psycology of buying and selling.  My business has grown over the years and I feel blessed when I receive referalls from previous clients detailing their experience with me.  I know and look forward to working with you to bring you the best experience with the best results.
