For K-5 students, Selma Elementary School offers a dynamic and exciting curriculum that strives to keep students engaged and acting as a community. The school also offers a lunch program and a ClubScout program for each grade level starting in first grade.

 

Selma Middle School

Selma Middle School is a highly-rated school in the community, which impresses the parents of Selma due to the great student-to-teacher ratio offered at the middle school. Selma Middle School has a B rating by the Indiana Department of Education and a three-star community rating. With a full curriculum for Grades 6-8 students that incorporates extracurricular activities and athletics, learning remains a fun and exciting venture for the middle school students of Selma. Athletic teams offered at Selma Middle School include volleyball, basketball, wrestling, cheerleading, cross country, and track. Students can also become involved in the school band or choir, which holds several concerts per year.

 

Wapahani High School

Known for being a small high school, Wapahani High School offers the benefit of a smaller and more productive student-to-teacher ratio as well as a small-community feel within the school. As a member of the Mid-Eastern Conference, Wapahani High School takes its school athletics very seriously and has a history of producing highly accomplished sports teams and players.

The athletics department is represented by the Raiders mascot with the team colors of red, black, and white. The girls volleyball team at Wapahani High School were the 1A State Champions in 2002, and most recently won the 2A State Championships in both 2011 and 2012. In 2013 the Wapahani High boys cross country team won their first title in the Sectional Championship.
