Amanda Richardson, REALTOR®/Broker, F. C. Tucker Company, Inc.

Since 2003, Amanda has served a multitude of clients ranging from first time home buyers, single family up-sizers, retiring down-sizers, builders and spec homes, investors and rental properties, relocation and referrals, and lake real estate and vacation homes. Amanda is an affiliated REALTOR for the Military Housing Assistance Fund and Everyday Heroes Program, helping active military, veterans, police officers, teachers, fire fighters and medical professionals purchase a home with FREE closing costs assistance.

Each year has brought her a new level of experience, bigger resources to work with, and a larger pool of buyers and sellers ranging from local to national.

Amanda has earned several designations beyond the scope of the real estate Broker’s requirements. The E-Pro designation was earned for having a high level of comprehension of real estate geared technology, advertising online and working with social media. The GRI designation is a series of courses, like a graduate program for Realtors, ranging from residential investment, working with builders, historic homes, environmental concerns, and more. She has also attended several Realtor technology seminars, giving her the leading edge in today’s competitive real estate marketplace.

When it comes to buying a home, Amanda listens to what you are looking for. Buying a home is one of life’s bigger decisions, and Amanda prides herself on advocating for you, finding you the best home for the money, meeting all your necessary requirements. Amanda walks each client through the buying process and gives valuable referrals to lenders, home inspectors and contractors if necessary. As a buyer, you will feel informed throughout the entire process, giving you peace of mind you have chosen
the right real estate agent to work with.

When it comes to selling a home, Amanda offers state of the art technology, a large buyer lead generation system, competitive marketing skills and a workable timeframe for sellers to expect
results. Amanda’s goals for her sellers are to give them the least amount of market time and the highest possible price.  Amanda offers consistent communication, keeping sellers in the loop about market activity, and how their home compares to the competition.

Amanda is originally from the Bloomington area, and her family has been a part of the Bloomington community for over seven generations. Her family’s business background offers several years of real estate and construction knowledge, residential and commercial development. Amanda has helped raise money and  donated time to the local Boys and Girls Club, worked on a committee to help raise funds for the Bloomington in Bloom project, created several flyers and ads for real estate education opportunities around the state, and continues to offer time to local organizations needing money or labor to help keep their projects up and running.

Amanda is married with a family of five. She loves to garden, make her own salsa and cook for friends and family. Traveling and photography are a few of her hobbies, but spending time with her family is her most favorite.

Amanda is a full time Realtor working from the main Bloomington office seven days a week. Amanda likes to keep a balance between email and face time with her clients, making sure her clients feel in the loop with constant communication.  Amanda prides herself on her constant communication with her clients and the referrals she has received from elated past clients.
