For properties involving a purchase price greater than $1,000,000, the owner's premium will be $2,739.00 plus $2.00 per thousand in excess of $1,000,000. Reissue discount rates are available if a prior owner's title insurance policy is provided at the time the title order is placed for properties purchased by the seller in the last 10 years.
