She took the time to talk to us and get to know us so she could help us to the best of her ability. She looked tirelessly and kept us motivated even when things started to get slow and frustrating. When the decision is made to put your house up for sale there a a million thoughts and questions that immediately surface. For myself, a lot of that was anxiety and worry over exactly how to handle each and every step and all the tiny things that have to be completed before the next step is taken. Angie calmed all of my nerves the very first time we met. You can honestly tell that she cares about her clients, not just the final result of selling. Angie made sure there was consistent communication to me each and every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. Another great thing about working with Angie is that she wants to make sure her clients understand exactly what's going on! Very forthcoming with the good and the not-so-good news; so there are never surprises! And when you are dealing with a stressful situation, such as selling your house, you do not want any surprises. I'm looking forward to the next time that I have home buying needs because I know that I'll be in good hands with Angie! 

I knew Angie from a previous career, and knew her to be reliable, fastidious, and committed, as well as always a joy to work with.  All of those qualities held true with my home sale, as well some additional ones.  
My home held many memories for me, and though it was time to move forward, there were times it was difficult...or should I say there were times I was difficult.  :)  Angie was always kind and empathetic, and allowed me the time I needed to wrap my head around whatever the issue was.  She was responsive and helpful, and held my hand when needed, in addition to being an expert problem solver, and offering many options and ideas when issues arose.
The bottom line is Angie is a workhorse.  There was never a time she wasn't available.  She will do what it takes to get your house sold.  She definitely went above and beyond what others may have done, including vacuuming before showings, staging, open houses, and meeting contractors at the house for work, to name a few.  I was living in another state while my house was for sale, and never once was I worried about things being taken care of, because of Angie.  If you are thinking of selling or buying, I would highly recommend Angie!

Just closed on my house today! Angie has worked with me for over a year now to try and make my dream a reality! It wasn't always easy and we had some set backs, but Angie stayed true to her word and never left me wondering or without answers to any of my questions. She fought on my behalf like this was her own personal transaction. I couldn't have had a better realtor and I recommend anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a home to contact her to help guide you through the process. She is terrific at what she does and her care and compassion show in every little handmade card or gift left on your doorstep! I just can't say enough about her as a person and as a professional.
