Dakota James is a licensed real estate agent and small business owner in the Greenfield Office of F.C. Tucker Company. With over 26 million dollars in closed sales and 160+ closed transactions, Dakota has established himself as a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. He serves a diverse range of clients, including sellers, first-time home buyers, next home buyers, rightsizing individuals, relocating clients, and those interested in investment properties and commercial real estate.

In addition to his successful career in real estate, Dakota has a diverse background that has helped shape his professional approach. He has previous experience as a graduate school researcher at Indiana University - Indianapolis, where he specialized in a program offered by the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). This academic background has allowed him to develop a unique perspective on the real estate market and its connection to public policy and environmental considerations.

Prior to his career in real estate, Dakota worked as a licensed private investigator and served as a case manager in the drug treatment and re-entry division of the Superior Court in Indianapolis. These experiences provided him with invaluable skills in communication, problem-solving, and client advocacy, which he now applies in his real estate transactions.
