Diane Muench

Whether you are across the globe or around the corner, Diane Muench can take care of your real estate needs as an agent in an international company. She is dedicated to finding the perfect home for her clients. She understands that regardless of if you are buying a primary residence or investment property, this level of investment requires a major commitment of time and money, and will likely represent a significant portion of personal assets. Guiding a client through the purchasing or selling process is a responsibility she takes very seriously. She strives to eliminate complexities and streamline the process so that the purchase is an exciting, enjoyable, and positive experience.

Originally an award-winning educator, Diane works with her Sellers and Buyers much as she did in schools as a trusted advisor, taking a very “hands-on” approach to the preparation of homes, familiarizing clients with the advantages and disadvantages of each home and neighborhood, explaining contracts, and educating clients on market conditions to help make informed decisions on their investment.

Outside of real estate, Diane was an avid runner and has participated in several 500 Festival Mini Marathons, training for such distances in the Geist area. More recently she traded in her running shoes for a racquet and you’ll find her on the courts in Indy. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. She is a member of the White River Christian Church and sits on the board at the Ft. Benjamin Harrison YMCA and is a member of the Realtor® task force of Lawrence Township Schools.
